How can I know my measurements?
Before adding a product to your cart, you will have instructions to follow for correct body measurements as our clothing will be meticulously made to meet individual specifications.
The product I want is out of stock: When will it be available again?
Due to high demand for some products, and shortages of some fabrics, certain products may sell out quickly.
To make sure you don't miss any new releases or restocks, simply enter your email address in the footer.
Returns
Can I return my order?
As specified in our Return Policy , as each item is made specifically for you, please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Orders
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you have completed payment for your order, changes will no longer be possible as we begin processing immediately.
If you want to add products, we recommend placing a new order.
I have not received confirmation of my order: What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first, sometimes the confirmation ends there.
Can't you find confirmation there either? Send us an email to info.anissaabaya@gmail.com from the email address you used to place the order.
We will find out for you and you will receive order confirmation.
Shipping
Taxes in the UK
Your order may incur additional costs due to customs duties or taxes imposed by UK customs.
These charges are beyond our control and are determined by local authorities.
When will I recive my order?
When you place your order, we begin the process of manufacturing the sets. Once finalized, your order is transferred to the carrier responsible for delivering the package.
Finally, we transfer your order to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking code.
Can I track my order?
As soon as we transfer your order to the carrier you will receive an email with the tracking code.
Please note that the carrier must process the order first. Once the carrier has received your order, you will usually be able to track your order starting the next business day.
